Returns & Refunds
1. Return Window
You may return items within 10 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
2. Exclusions

Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Items marked as final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email hello@lattooland.us .Once approved, you must ship the product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
5. Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items at no extra cost. For other exchanges, you may be responsible for return shipping.
6. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee (up to 10%) may apply to cover handling costs.
7. Late/Missing Refunds
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
